He began his career at the same time starting his legal activities in several law firms including Mr. Hamid Jannati and Mr. Kazem Mohassel Afshar’s law firms, who were famous lawyers of that time. After acquiring the necessary skills, within two years, he kept on working independently in the field of industrial property rights consisting of company registration as well as trademark, industrial designs and patent registration in cooperation with various lawyers.
Later by 2001, he succeeded in obtaining the first-grade Attorney at law license of practicing as a lawyer by passing the two-year formalities and internship of the Iran Bar of Association. Within this long time of more than thirty years working on domestic and foreign lawsuits and consulting in drafting various contracts, he has worked with reputable companies and businesses he helped clients to solve their challenging legal problems.
His diverse practices include corporate litigations, Intellectual property Rights, Real Estate, drafting different types of contracts and commercial business litigations. He has provided legal services for civil and criminal lawsuits as well as registration affairs, which were pursued either in the Administrative Court of Justice, the Supreme Court or any other judiciary bodies. (Manufacturer of juices), Eagle and Cherry Tea (Company produces and packages several types of tea).
It is worth mentioning that by accepting foreign lawsuits for example the cancellation of trademarks to register trademarks in the name of foreign companies, he has prevented the violation of the rights of many foreign companies in Iran. He has always performed his duty with seriousness, compassion, and patience in all the executive stages of the work and has always been accompanied by the satisfaction of the clients.
Currently, he plans to provide international commercial legal services in cooperation with prominent legal advisors and university professors in the field of international commercial laws by setting up communication bases through website and other medias while establishing relations with domestic and foreign commercial companies.
