He had been in several positions as Legal Aid and Advisor, Researcher in Office of Plenipotentiary Trade Representative of Iran, Director, Training and Information, Office of Plenipotentiary Trade Representative of Iran, Director, Legal studies and trade negotiation, Office of Plenipotentiary Trade Representative of Iran, Faculty Member (Assistant Professor) of the Institute for Trade Studies and Research (ITSR), Head of legal studies and Trade Negotiation Division in Islamic Republic of Iran Trade Representative Office.
He authored several writings, translating and editing of some books and articles on international trade, intellectual property rights, trade policy, international contracts and the WTO.

He has been teaching several topics such as the World Trade Organization, intellectual property rights, WTO Structure, accession to WTO, and International commercial contracts. He has been Supervisor, advisor, principal investigator or investigator in over 50 research projects or dissertations on the WTO, IPRs, international Contracts and regionalism.
He also negotiated and drafted several international contracts and has been as a senior advisor of so many international contracts in several subjects.
